There are four committees to manage the System of Jamia Darul Uloom Islamia Lahore.

1. Advisory Committee
2. Governing Committee
3. Educational Committee
4. Internal Management committee

Advisory committee consists of 11 members. Moulana Ubaidullah (Principal of Jamia Asharfia) is the head of this committee.
All important matters are set by this committee according to the rules and regulations of Jamia Darul Uloom Islamia. However the implementation of decisions taken by the advisory committee is responsibility of the Principal.
Employees are appointed by the approval of this committee.
Annual budget of Jamia is presented before the committee and get approved from them.
Income and expenditures accounts are audited by Chartered Accountant Company and the audit report is presented to the committee.

Executive committee monitors all administrative and academic activities. From time to time meetings are called to solve urgent administrative and academic problems with consulting. The committee decisions are presented to the advisory committee and got approval.

Educational committee has been made to control academic activities and to run them well. From time to time meetings are called to discus curricula, examinations and other academic matters.

To manage and run general system effectively an Internal Management committee has been formed under the supervision of Moulana Musharraf Ali Thanvi.
